A core machine builder may use a separate control-panel shop, fabricator or line integrator. A trading company may coordinate capable factories. The commercial model is not automatically unacceptable, but each role and responsibility must be disclosed.

Verify relevant experience, not generic factory activity
Ask for evidence tied to a similar process, material, output and destination requirement. A factory that builds one type of packaging line may not understand your product viscosity, cleanability or control interface. Product photos alone can be copied or may show a machine made by another entity.
